These terms govern use of Usage Radar, operated by the owner identified on your receipt or order record. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice.

The product

• Free is a local dashboard with no payment obligation.
• Local Plus is a one-time license for one user and the supported local product. “Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of that product, not the buyer's lifetime and not unrelated future products or cloud services.
• Pro and Team are recurring subscriptions. Cancellation at period end preserves paid access until the end of that billing period.
• Team billing uses accepted, non-suspended members and a three-seat minimum. Pending invitations are not billable.

Estimates and provider records

API-equivalent cost figures use versioned public price tables. They are estimates, not provider invoices. Reconciliation keeps observed usage and provider-reported billing separate and explains differences where possible.

Your data and license

You retain rights in your data. You grant the limited rights required to provide features you explicitly enable. You may not bypass license limits, interfere with other tenants, probe the service without authorization, or redistribute a modified build under the Usage Radar identity.

Payments, refunds, and taxes

Stripe is the payment processor. Prices exclude tax unless checkout states otherwise. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund policy; mandatory consumer rights override conflicting terms.

Availability and liability

Local mode is designed to continue during cloud outages. Online features may be interrupted for security, maintenance, or events outside reasonable control. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the prior twelve months. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
